Certerra Appoints Wendy Davidson as Chief Growth Officer

Certerra is proud to welcome Wendy Davidson as our new Chief Growth Officer to accelerate the company’s national growth by unifying regional business development, marketing, and corporate communication efforts.

Wendy brings more than three decades of experience in the construction and energy sectors, with a track record of driving profitable growth in highly demanding environments. She joins Certerra from MYR Group, where she served as Vice President of Business Development, building strategic client relationships and expanding market presence across a competitive landscape.

As Chief Growth Officer, Wendy will oversee Certerra’s Business Development, Marketing, and Corporate Communications functions while leading the company’s enterprise-wide strategic growth agenda. A key component of this role will be identifying and fostering organic growth opportunities that emerge from Certerra’s M&A activities, ensuring that each expansion translates into broader capability offerings and greater value for clients.
