Leadership for the Nashville Expansion

To lead this important expansion, we are pleased to welcome Will Henderson, PE, as Vice President of Tennessee Operations. Will brings more than 14 years of experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering support, and construction inspection services, along with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence across multiple locations. Reporting to Jim Bishop, he will oversee all Tennessee operations, including revenue performance, staffing, safety, and client service delivery, while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across both field and laboratory programs.

Prior to joining Certerra RMA Group, Will held leadership roles across the Southeast where he successfully managed multi-location teams, expanded operations, and improved profitability. He is known for his ability to identify project risks early, strengthen client relationships, and foster a culture focused on accountability and efficiency. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia.
