Certerra Appoints David Chandler as Chief Human Resources Officer

Certerra is proud to announce the appointment of David Chandler as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this executive role, David will lead the development and execution of Certerra’s people strategy, overseeing talent management and acquisition, compensation and total rewards, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, labor relations, and the human capital integration work that accompanies Certerra’s ongoing growth.

David brings more than three decades of Human Resources leadership to Certerra, with a career defined by building high-performing HR organizations and fostering workplace cultures that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. He joins Certerra from Think Power Solutions, an award-winning Energy and Utility Infrastructure Management consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he served as CHRO and partnered directly with the Board of Directors to shape the company’s human capital strategy. Under his leadership, Think Power Solutions was consistently recognized as one of the great places to work in the United States.

David is known for combining a deep understanding of business operations with an unwavering belief that people, both employees and customers, are at the heart of any organization’s success.
