Certerra Expands Southwest Non-Destructive Testing Capabilities with Addition of Code NDT
ANAHEIM, CA — June 11, 2026 — Certerra, a leading provider of technology-enabled testing, inspection, and certification services for critical infrastructure and industrial markets, announced that Code NDT has joined the Certerra platform and will operate as part of the company’s Southwest Division.
The addition of Code NDT strengthens Certerra’s non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities across the Southwest and supports the company’s continued expansion of specialized inspection services serving high-demand infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Code NDT brings more than two decades of experience delivering advanced non-destructive testing services across a wide range of industries. The company utilizes modern inspection technologies and certified personnel to perform Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing as well as advanced NDT methods such as CR/ DR, PAUT/ TOFD. These services support the safety, reliability, and code compliance of critical infrastructure and industrial assets.
Following the transaction, Jonathan Felts will continue to lead Certerra’s Southwest Division. Code NDT will integrate into the division’s existing operations and growth strategy, further enhancing regional service depth and technical expertise. Niko Svimonoff, former President of Code NDT, has been appointed Regional Vice President of the Southwest Division, where he will contribute his leadership experience, technical knowledge, and longstanding industry relationships to support continued growth of Certerra’s NDT platform.
