Certerra Welcomes Jonathan Felts as Southwest Division President

Certerra is thrilled to welcome Jonathan Felts, PE, as Southwest Division President. Jonathan is an experienced Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in construction material testing, special inspections, quality control, quality assurance, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, business development, and team building. Throughout his tenure in the AEC industry, Jonathan has led multidisciplinary teams on high-stakes developments, expanded office locations into new markets, and built a strong reputation for delivering regulatory-compliant solutions for both public and private projects across sectors such as transportation, commercial real estate, and critical infrastructure.

In his role as Southwest Division President, Jonathan will lead strategic growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and client partnerships across the Southwest region. He is committed to empowering our teams with decisive leadership, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
