Certerra Welcomes Slava Kurkov as Northwest Division President

Certerra is proud to welcome Slava Kurkov as the new President of our Northwest Division. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in heavy civil and infrastructure construction throughout the Puget Sound region, Slava brings deep industry knowledge and a strong record of guiding high‑performing teams.

Before joining Certerra, Slava led major operational and client service initiatives across the Northwest with a focus on long-term partnerships and supporting complex transportation and infrastructure programs. He is known for his people‑first leadership style, commitment to mentorship, and dedication to cultivating teams that deliver exceptional results.

As Northwest Division President, Slava will drive Certerra’s growth and service excellence across the Pacific Northwest. His focus will include expanding regional partnerships, supporting strategic pursuits, and enhancing our role in critical transportation and public‑sector infrastructure programs. Slava’s leadership philosophy of collaboration, professional development, and a strong internal culture centered around client relationships aligns closely with Certerra’s vision for the future.

As Slava steps into this role, Kevin Richardson will transition to Divisional Vice President. Kevin has played a key role in strengthening Certerra’s Northwest presence and supporting long-term client relationships. In his new position, he will continue to contribute to strategic regional initiatives and cross‑division collaboration.
