Certerra is pleased to announce the acquisition of HydroGEOPHYSICS, Inc. (“HGI”), a leading geophysical consulting firm based in Tucson, Arizona. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for Certerra’s Subsurface Imaging Division through the addition of advanced service capabilities for geophysics. Since August 2021, Certerra has now completed 14 acquisitions of leading firms throughout the U.S. as it builds a national platform for testing, inspection, and related services to support the development and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
